How long does shipping take?

At checkout you have two shipping options - standard ground service or expedited overnight service. If you are ordering caviar, smoked salmon, fresh truffles or truffle butter then you will have to pay for compulsory expedited delivery which will be shipped out overnight once the order has been processed internally.

Orders placed before 2pm EST Monday-Friday should be shipped out the same day and with you the following day. Perishable food items purchased on Friday-Sunday will be processed and shipped out on the next working day by expedited delivery.

If you choose standard delivery at checkout we aim to process the order within 24 hours and then ship them out by ground delivery which can take from 4-8 days to reach its destination. Our shipping times do not including handling times which can be from 24 hours to 3 days depending on the day of the week you are placing your order.
